Nuun at Cyclocross Single Speed World Champs (That’s CSSWC to you.)

The Nuun team took part in the 4th iteration of the Single Speed Cyclocross World Championships , a hallowed tradition amongst the serious (and seriously costumed) cyclocross racers that prefer one gear to twenty. As the Seattle region was thoroughly saturated by storms of biblical proportion, cyclocross racers from near and far (Portland, San Francisco, Denver, Vancouver) flocked to the city to race, or even just witness, this legendary feat of fitness and fanaticism, sprinkled with a lot of mud. The Nuun tent played it’s usual roles of shelter and hydration station for our athlete ambassadors, ensuring that racers had a fighting chance against the infamous beer and bacon “hand-ups” from spectators. The race moves to San Francisco next year — see you there!
