Born and raised in LApasse, Ontario, Canada on the banks of the mighty Ottawa River. I was brought up on the river by my parents who were both raft guides. I Played every school sport i could until I turned 17 and decided to focus completely on whitewater Kayaking. I started paddling slalom when I was 10, and got into freestyle on the ottawa when I was 13. I have had a very successful season including World Championships in Switzerland, and a two month expedition in CHile where I won the first annual Upper Palguin Boatercross which hosted over 50 competitiors from around the world (I was also the second youngest competitor). WHile in CHile I also claimed a PB waterfall record of 85 feet, this year I am working hard and pushing towards Team Trials and Voss Extreme Sport Week in Norway where I will compete in the Boatercross.
I love the feeling of being completely aerial on a big wave or off a drop, and pushing my limits as well as my groups every time I hit the water, the best way to learn is to get out there, direct exposure to something new.

Favourite Rivers: Narrows of the Green, Rio Palguin, Rio Nevado, Ottawa River.
